On one of my tinnie mods I used 5 ply 5/8" plywood and spanned 24" with no flex and I weigh 200 lbs. At one point I went almost 36" and could just notice a little flexing when my weight was on it. Cheaper to go slightly thicker on your plywood and spend less on your expensive aluminum framework.</p></blockquote><p></p>
