78 Johnson 35 part out

Rebuilt lower unit, newer CDI box, power head blown let me know what you need

I have a 78 35 Evinrude long shaft that I've been fixing up. It has the lower unit extension kit in it, so it would be real easy to make back into a short shaft. It runs good, many new parts. I currently need a recoil/starter assembly. How much would you want for the one off of your motor? My original plan was to fix up this old motor and put a jet lower unit on it. I'm not going that route any more, just want to get this motor running and sell it to get my money out of it. Engine is strong, exterior needs some attention. I live in NE Wisconsin, get up to Florence regularly.
