Fun little project. Stripped it down and rebuilt it from the ground up. Along the way I added a floor, moved the side console up, painted it from top to bottom, added two hatches for storage and removed the center bench in favor of captain chairs. Made a few mistakes along the way with using pressure treated wood on the subfloor which I hopefully mitigated by using penetrating epoxy and painting. Time will be the judge but it was a super fun project and amazed how well this boat does in the inter coastal waterways here in Florida. I tow this little setup behind my Ford Maverick Hybrid which makes for such a great combination. Fun on the cheap.
