Fun little project. Stripped it down and rebuilt it from the ground up. Along the way I added a floor, moved the side console up, painted it from top to bottom, added two hatches for storage and removed the center bench in favor of captain chairs. Made a few mistakes along the way with using pressure treated wood on the subfloor which I hopefully mitigated by using penetrating epoxy and painting. Time will be the judge but it was a super fun project and amazed how well this boat does in the inter coastal waterways here in Florida. I tow this little setup behind my Ford Maverick Hybrid which makes for such a great combination. Fun on the cheap.

Amazing. Similar what I would love to do if/when I ever get a V14!!!

Just realized your towing with a Maverick! I got one as well. Hows it tow? Is that the hybrid?

Also, anymore pics of the rear deck? This setup looks so spacious its really inspiring me!

Looks nice, this is the direction I think I’ll go next winter. Do you have more pictures of the floor and frame underneath? More pictures in general would be appreciated I really like the quality of your build and the simple functionality.
