Anyone have a smaller sized battery that does not weight too much to recommend for powering a Hook2 9" screen
I already have 2 full size deep cycles for my 24v trolling motor, and using a 24v-12v voltage drop transformer for all other accessories
I am wanting to probably run the sonar by itself on a separate battery to avoid interference, but I do not think the smaller 8 amp hour or even one in the teens has enough juice to get me through 2 full days of fishing
Wondering what everyone else is using to avoid having to use another big heavy deep cycle
Really not sure how common interference is, maybe I should just wire it up and see what happens and add battery later if need be
