I recently purchased this 14' v-hull. It has no vin# or any other markings that I can find concerning the manufacturer. It does have these raised stars on the top corners of the stern. Can anyone help with identification? Thanks.

Sure, simple ... the 'star' = Starcraft.

FYI, they have their catalogs online, so you should be able to ID the exact hull, to get OB ratings and such. Measure your beam at the widest point and the transom height 1st, before you go looking.

Here's my old 12-footer ... see the star?

Looks perfectly identical to my 14’ Starcraft Seafarer. I’ve never figured out the exact year on mine though. If I’m correct in guessing it’s mid-late 70’s. I believe earlier Seafarers had three transom supports, and ours only have one. I’ve attached a picture of the tag on mine for load and outboard rating reference.

Thanks a lot. Now I have some decisions to make. I bought the boat just for the trailer because I purchased a Smoker Craft 14 without one. I got great deals on both. I only paid $275 for the StarCraft with trailer. He included a light kit with it as well. I paid $200 for the Smoker Craft. No title for the StarCraft or trailer but have title for the other one.

Do you have any more pictures of your boat? I'd love to see them
