!Help Identifying this Boat Gregor

I'm trying to find out the model number of my boat so I can re-create the information that should be on the coast guard plate.

VIN is GBC32925D585 Gregor Boat Company.

I already contacted Gregor. They had a fire at their facility and weren't much help.

The boat was manufactured in 1985 and is 12'3" in length

It looks like the plate says "3 Persons" 465 pounds. 665 pounds motor, persons, etc. and 20 HP Max. but the plate is badly damaged.

Hi John. Based on my 1978 dealer brochure, I would say your boat is model H-23.

Have you tried looking at it with a very bright led light held at different angles?
I was able to read the ID plate of a boat trailer that way. I used a magnifying glass and got really close.

H-23 is a good guess. It's challenging because the manufacturers can change specs over the years. My aluminum seems like it is .080.

I’ve used a piece of paper and a crayon with good success when trying to read vin #s on old motorcycles. Thick piece of pencil lead works well too.

I have the same boat(1982) and my plate looks exactly like yours!
