It is the last 2 or 2nd to the last 2 "if" there was a mid-year model change of the HIN (

Identification
Number) that denotes the year of manufacturer.
It might be that some Mfg'rs used the last 2 -digits of their model# to denote the build year, but I have no idea of that and never heard of it. But in this post, someone else
