Had a cousin over to hang poolside and decided to make some pork kabobs for gyros! They came out awesome. I got two pork butts, trimmed the fat caps, and cut them up square as best I could so I could press them in the kabob maker.
I marinated the pork in extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, black pepper, sea salt, and Greek oregano.
They always come out awesome!
