Remote steering

Does anyone know of a way to convert this from tiller to stick or steering wheel?.

Yeah it's not difficult, but you will need a few parts. Steering cable and link, shift cable, throttle cable , controls and probably a couple of more goodies.

The steering part is easy to do.
How are you going to route the throttle and shift cables into the engine?

I'm in the process of doing this now. I have the same motor.You will need a Clamp Block=Teleflex #SA27055p, Support Tube=TeleflexSA27274p, Bombardier/OMC #173209=Steering Bolt and Clevis kit. Add the proper length steering cable and a helm/wheel and that should do it for steering.
Do you have a helm and wheel?
For controls I'm using an old Evinrude/Johnson Simplex control box. I'm in the process of mounting/rigging this now as time allows.I'll take some pics today.
