Someone that could please help

Hi is anyone able to tell me what year model this motor is it's a 25 HP Mercury I have tried and tried to search with the serial number located on the outboard but can't seem to find anything for the Belgium type Mercury here is a photo of the outboard and serial number

The only thing I could find that references 25 hp with that high of numerical serial number was here https://www.mercruiserparts.com/25-2-cyl--8073158-up and it does mention the Belgium engine in the electrical section. Not sure of the year though, looks like it could be early/mid 90's maybe.

Link above seems to be for belgian made 2 cyl, seems good to me for parts. As far as model year I would try calling mercury or a parts supplier with the serial number--all parts, service, etc is going to be based on serial number and I would imagine they'll know the answer. But, simply based on the cowling color and font, it appears to be somewhere between a 1986-1994 from the below chart.

By the marineengine.com site, that is an Austrailian 25hp motor, via the 7-digit serial number (s/n). All Merc parts are sourced by the s/n, not a model#.
