trying to repair some back yard modifications on my transom. guy I bought it from sealed the holes with gorilla tape. the one he bought it from painted the bottom of the boat, and I think replaced the wood for the motor support.
Question is, would the original motor support have crossed the gap between the pressed forms of the transom as it appears by the paint outline? if not, what went there? probably on the inside... not sure... still have more gorilla tape to remove there...
This is an old ELGIN V-hull... though the closest pic I've seen to it was a sea nymph... totally confused there... lol
