You have contact with the previous owner....that's half the battle. Not sure how TN works, but in IL, you fill out a "power of attorney" form, which basically says, you're the new owner. This form needs to be signed by the previous owner, and presto whammo....a title, and registration should...

Drift, might be the picture, but those look WIDE, as in they'd hit cars and roadsigns wide...I think they have laws saying how high tail lights can, and can't be.....maybe not though...

I weld galvanized....don't weld in a closed garage, and grind off the coating before welding. Then a nice big glass of milk when you're finished. Nut and bolt would be ideal though.

I laminated two pieces of a/c half inch plywood for my transom, and then it has another piece of half inch on the outside, all through bolted to one another......stained, and urethaned up.

That's the same thing I got for both boats....I guess they're too old. My one is a 70 Lund, the other is a richline, but papered as "homemade"... I bet after a certain vintage, that site doesn't work.
