I had one of the first springfield xd's that came out, the only problem i had was surface rust. I guess it was the coating that they used or the oil in my skin, but it didn't matter how much I oiled it, it would always accumulate surface rust. I have since had two glocks and have not had any...

the other deer in the back of the truck is my hunting buddies' and i thought the series of pictures was pretty cool too. I may try and put them in a frame like that, in combination with the mount.

12 ga Mossberg shotgun with a 2 3/4 Hornady slug, shoots like a rifle. Shot him in the back and he dropped on the spot, had to put another in him to end it. I was sitting under a pine tree around about four trees that were rubbed to death. He was about 25 yards out, trying to sneak past me...

Got this buck last Saturday during the first shotgun season. I was sitting under a pine tree in some real thick cover. Hope it makes a good mount.

I used to much thompson's on my plywood and it made it pretty oily and the carpet didn't want to stick to the wood.

on my last two (2) boats, i put one thick coat of the dupli color stuff, on the inside, and it worked fined... don't know about the outside

Yes it is. For some reason that is the only color that the fish in that lake will hit. Don't know why. I guess they know what they like... and I know what I like, a big fat large mouth on the other end. :lol: :lol:
