    Yeah byob that is part of the reason I have take the rear deck apart. That dryer hose is dry rotted, and not hard to tell I can't do anything about it without taking some foam out.

    Got the splash well out tomorrow is the transom. I foresee more drilling in my future.

    Well today I am going to cut the splash well out, and remove the transom. Yes I am nervous, but It has to be done.

    The foam under the two side panels is wet and needs to be changed. The back of my boat looks almost identical to yours except my welds turn the corner and run down about 6".

    Anyone every take the rear deck of one these trackers apart it looks a lot like a puzzle to me not sure what piece should come out first. Thank you in advance for any help.

    Yes I have a 1989 Bass tracker pro 17 currently undergoing restoration!! The Kayak just requires nothing more than me throwing it in the water and grabbing my paddle lol!!

    Thank you I will be working on her a lot next week as I have a break from school. I will keep posting the pics. Next up is getting the splash well off and removing the rear deck so I can start working on transom! I'm really excited!!!

    I live in Delaware was out on alum the other day north end in my kayak caught some real nice crappie I hear they are biting at Delaware lake too.
