The clips to the rails are actually T joints that i cut a channel into. just slightly smaller than the rail so it clips on the rail instead of resting on it. worked well. we had lots of heavy snow this year and it held up very nicely.

Stewart, If they are well placed I can fit 6 rods in the locker. I cannot fit the 8 foot poles I have but they break down and I can stuff them at the very bottom.

there should be no reason to squeeze the bulb at WOT if the carb is set properly and everythign is functioning properly. Here's a thought, you could run the motor and low speed for a while, stop and drain the carb bowl - measure that amount of fuel. run the test again but at WOT for a while...

remove the rear two benches. foam the floor and a sheet of plywood with some outdoor carpeting to keep it cheap.use your existing seats and these stands. will look good and give you versatility to move seats around

Finally got all the wiring done and cleaned the boat! used approximately 150Ft of wire to do it all. the second seat will be in today or tomorrow. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Where did you purchase the Geofoam? I cant find it anywhere online. The stuff looks cool, people have filled old in ground pools and put concrete over it to keep cost down.

a larger boat will also draw less water. (in a perfect world, when they all weigh the same)
