I have two elgin out boards that were given to me. one is a 3hp and one is a 1.5hp does anyone know where I can get parts to make these work. the 1.5hp is incomplete missing a carb and the spark plug wire. the 3hp is completp but I can't seem t5o get it to run. I think I need a new carb for it...
