I started my deck today, this is how far I've got so far. I plan on sealing the deck, cutting out the hatches, and carpeting this weekend and hopefully testing everything next week! Please excuse the clutter in the garage.

I bought a used trolling motor from an online liquidation auction, it's a minn Kota 29 lb thrust. I briefly tried to test it yesterday and it didn't really do anything.. Where would one start when trying to trouble shoot why it doesn't work?

Hey guys, i bought a McCullough 4hp outboard today for $70... Does anybody know anything about these motors? I'm going to pick it up tomorrow. Hope I got a good deal.

I want to replace the lower unit seals on my outboard. Do they make a seal kit or do I have to buy the seals individually? Any suggestions on the best way to replace the seals? I've never worked on a lower unit before.

Anyone ever do any scuba diving from a small aluminum boat? I have a 12' ft Meyer and wanted to know if anyone has ever dove from such a small boat.
