-Ripout foam under seats
-Redo transom
-Add decking starting at middle bench to front
-Add mount for trolling motor
-Add two swivel seats
-Hatches
-Custom hatch for cooler
-Carpet decking
-Buy cooler, rod holders, cup holders, carpet, seats, swivels, and hydro foil for evinrude 6HP motor

Please add your thoughts of what you think, how you did your boat, and how I can sucure my deck frame
