Making some progress on build of fisher-marine. Finished the trailer. Added new wood on bunks, wheels and tires, paint, trailer jack, winch, re-did transom, new wiring and lights. Started framing with aluminum angle. Everything is riveted. Made the rod box out of 2x2s, (ran out of scrap aluminum). I have about 50.00 in the aluminum. Dry fit the plywood, ready to seal wood. Going to add foam to floor(deck) this weekend. Below are some pics of my progress.

Looking very professional thus-far keep up the great work!!!

Don't know if you bought the seats or not - but if you put pedestal bases on that bench by your side console you can reuse the bow & stern seats as your bench seats when under power and save on weight and $$ for extra seats.

If you want a visual it's what I did with my boat.

Oh, speaking of which - if you're using cut foam boards then you're fine, but if you're pouring foam be sure to run 1" PVC drains first. I tried using too small of a drainline in my boat and now I'm probably going to have to tear out my middle deck and re-do it with larger drainage as fishing in the rain creates a pool in the area between the bench seats.

Thanks for nice comments. Yea, I'm going to use cut foam board. Good idea about "seating". I borrowed a seat from buddy of mine just to make sure I had the console in right place. I haven't purchased seats yet, but kind of leaning toward a seat made of vinyl with padded insert.

That's all I've got - they're nice & durable but not a lot of $$$ - actually - I think they're on sale at Cabela's right now...

Yup
