Working in the motor right now, will be working on the boat itself once the weather warms up,

Some things I need for it are :

Steering console and cables.
Throttle controls and cables
Fuel tank
Windsheild ? Maybe
Good paint job
Depending on weight I'd like to add a floor. (Thoughts?)

Figured I'd start a thread on this project

Enjoy :)

Cool old boat and motor! Thanks for sharing pics. :)

I see it has a steering console already. Is it in rough shape? You can find a lot of parts on ebay and craigs list. If you are looking for certain parts, post back to this tread, or post a new thread on what you are looking for.

Good luck! Looking forward to seeing more pics of your progress!

The steering console is in bad shape... as in nothing bit a steering wheel... I decided to remove it for extra room and didn't want to dump a bunch more money into it.

You are making some good progress. Is that new wood on the seats?

It sure looks bigger with that console out. I bet you'll enjoy more room as well.

What is the motor you are working on?
