1982 polar craft Jon boat

So I been wanting to do this for ahwile. It's 12 ft flat bottom. So today I patched a few holes in the back with jb kwik weld. That was my main course of action. Now it holds water well. I then mounted a rod holder for 3 rods I picked up at bass pro shop. Added my trolling motor to the front and added 2 seats and some decals. I'm gonna leave the paint job for when duck season rolls around but my main use for this will be bass fishing in nc. All I need to buy now is a 9.9 hp Mercury to throw on the back! Keep in mind I'm only 14 so I didn't wanna add carpet and other things that add weight and trouble.
