If you can measure it and tell me all the dimensions, I may have one for you. I've still got a 40hp mercury in the backyard that a buddy is robbing the lower unit off of.

I don't know the dimensions right off, but if it matches up and you think you can use, I'd take 10 bucks plus shipping. The 10 bucks will be going for the bandaid and ice after I bust my knuckles on that stupid motor...again #-o
