Bacon!!!

Opened the fridge today and found a box with 10 pounds of high quality thick cut Bacon! I love my WIFE!

What should I do with it? Would like to do something cool on the BBQ.

I'm no expert but I'd say just eat it. There is a bar here that has a "bacon nite". It started by accident when the freezer went out and they had to get rid of a lot of bacon in a hurry. They served it up like a basket of fries and needless to say, it caught on. If there's a heaven, I'm pretty sure bacon is on the menu...oh baby!

I ended up making some double deep fried bacon. Deep fried, battered than deep fried again. It was amazing.

That pig candy sounds killer. I'm going to have to make that this summer.

Also want to make a bacon explosion, or bacon roll, or whatever you want to call them.

I would also make a batch of my baked beans, and add tons of bacon. I cook them long enough that you can hold a spoon of them upside down, and they stay right there..
