I just added two small LED lights to the console of my boat. I used an old toggle switch that was very cheap if I recall. I mounted the switch next to the switch for my nav lights and all seemed to be working fine yesterday. Today I noticed the LED lights were dimly on, pulled the switch out of panel to get it away from the other switches and light goes out. I assume it is somehow getting passive current from other wires/switches. Question is; will replacing switch fix problem or do I need to do something else?

I am not much of an electrical guy. Don't have a meter and no idea what I would be checking for.
