battery charger info

I have a dual charger in my boat now and USUALLY just have 2 batteries (deep cycle and starting). However, when going to electric only lakes, I remove the front mounted gas tank and replace it w/another deep cycle. My question: will my current configuration charge the 2nd deep cycle connected in parallel, (the starting battery on 1 circuit and 2 deep cycles on the other)?

I suppose I could keep the 2nd deep cycle on a separate charger when NOT installed in the boat, but that would require spending more $$$$ on something I may not need.

it will be hard on the charger to charge 2 batteries in parallel.

I was afraid of that. Plan B... small trickle type charger. I don't frequent electric only lakes that often, so hopefully a small charger will work. I really don't want to sell my dual and buy a triple charger, too much $$$$$.
