Cruise n carry motors

Are these reliable marine motors. They seem much cheaper then other motors and I am wondering what the catch is. I am thinking about snagging this 6hp cruise n carry motor for my 15 foot vhull boat but am weary.

Basically a lawnmower engine mated to a prop. I'd look for a decent used outboard. There are literally millions of evinrude, johnson, mercury motors in that hp range out there.
