Hello All,

As the title says, I am a first time Jon boater and I'm eager to get my new project rolling and complete. I'm probably going to be one of the smaller boats on the forum but that's because I have to work with what I got and what I got is a very very small back yard and storage area. So anywho, I'll try and keep my project up to date and plenty of pictures. I'm sure I'll have plenty of question in the near future. Thanks!

for the small size it appears very well built. =P~ what is the bottom width?
40" at the bottom. So far so good as far as the built goes. Only had to JB Weld a small hole on the bottom back.

Did some work on the boat yesterday. Finished up the floor boards (don't have pictures of them yet) and modified the front seat a bit. Decided to make it a storage.

With the door. Next I'm going to add a locking mechanism.

After doing some researching on the boat, found out this little guy was made in 1956. ****! I'm pretty impressed with how solid the body is on this thing. Some cars don't even last that long.
