I just bought an old MonArk and joined yesterday. Boats in decent shape but am redoing seats, the electrical, bilge, etc. I won't go on about that.
Was just wondering if there is anything significant about low registration numbers. My other boat also bought used is five digits, this is 4... 0460 which is low for 4.
