There is a guy in Dickinson, Texas that has a salvage yard that had a couple of rebuilt starters and starter brackets for year range motor. (18hp, 20 and 25hp Motors of that time period had alot of similar parts) I am not advertising for this guy, but I am just passing his information along, because I brought a electric starter bracket from him about 5 months ago for my 1970 Evinrude 18hp motor.

The member have a lot spare motor and parts and are willing to sell. I have bought used or unavailable parts through them and have always walked away satisfied and I am also a member of the AOMCI.
