Most years I do several large group fish fry's. Been doing it with a small electric fryer. Last one (this spring) I spent over three hours just cooking the fish on that little thing. Next one should go allot faster. Bought this bad boy at Northern Tool yesterday. Two separate burners that run independently of each other (Others I looked at both burners had to be used) turning out 40k btu's. Total size is @ 5.4 gallons of oil (cooking wise it will be closer to 3 gallons).
