new tracker owner and new project

Ok so I just picked up a 89 tracker 16ft panfish. The boat is fully gutted and I want to redo the boat. Maybe make it a side consol or rebuild the panfish setup. I have been searching for the schematics and parts for these boats but I cant find anything. Any info or builds people have done would be greatly appreciated.

Just finishing up a 93 Pro 17. I think it is basically the same hull. Learned quite a bit doing it, and even more off of this forum. Hit me up if you think I could help answer any questions, and be sure to post lots of photos. Everybody loves the photos!

Here is my build thread. It is pretty long and drawn out, but should be rather informative to you. Let me know if you have any questions. I couldn't have done what I did to mine without the help from guys on here.

PLEASE CONVERT IT... I am getting ready to buy one and convert but have been looking for one to go off of. They are exactly the same hull as the new pro 16 bass boat. Same aluminum different layout. I am going to convert so keep an eye out for mine.
