Scored a freebie! The guy said it seemed to have a short in it. Got it home and hooked it to a battery the foot pedal smelled hot. Took it apart and the circuit board has a strip burned out. Unhooked the wires to the motor and hooked them to the batterie and it runs smooth. Is it worth fixing? Is there a way of wireing up a homade pedal? So far the parts search has only come up with newer parts.
