recommendations for 15a marine switch...

I have the following switch panel and 15a switches on my boat


no matter how well I try and insulate them and protect them from water they always seem to get water inside the switch housing and get corroded. I just replaced 3 of them. Can anyone recommend some decent marine switches that won't leak and get corroded.
