....thanks for the link and yes (sadly) I have seen that. In fact, I spoke with the owner earlier this week. To make matters worse, the boat is moored about 15 minutes from where I launch my boat, on the same lake. It is soundly out of my price range, though pretty fairly priced IMHO. A Lund dealer up here told me that a 20' Alaskan on a trailer with NO motor is just under $18K Canadian. ($15, 875 US dollars)

So yes...great to find, but a little depressing just the same. :|

I like the set-up of your boat. I'm looking to modify my Starcraft Patriot 140 into the same set-up. I was wondering what length your boat was...is it 14ft or 16ft?
