This question is for the Florida folks

It's not that hard to do yourself. You can google how to make the bracelets and basically make a really big one. I had a friend of mine show me how to do it a while back. You can order the paracord in different sizes lengths and colors off of ebay or you can get some of them at Walmart here in SC.

I used it a lot when I was younger but it has been sitting up for years and has some rotten spots in it now. My question is what kind...

    Mercury 9.8 lower unit

Thanks, I will definitely give that a shot this weekend. I've been trying to do it with both in neutral. Maybe that's where I'm going wrong.

    Mercury 9.8 lower unit

I have a late 70's Mercury 9.8 and recently replaced the impeller for the water pump. When I reinstalled the lower unit everything fit nicely but it has no reverse. When i get the lever to go to reverse it will jump too far and then with the lever in reverse the prop will spin like its in...

    Operation REVIVE!

I say go for it. Who cares if it takes 2 years and way more money than its worth in the end? Once you get it done you will be able to look back and see what you were able to accomplish with your two (maybe a few friends to help) hands. I love seeing a diamond in the rough. Your boat will mean 10...
