The other piece on the bottom right is a electrical recepticle. So I can plug in my GPS while I motor around or plug whatever else I want.

Ya its the bottom piece of a ram mount I thought I should put my fish finder on there so you could see the whole thing but I figured that wasnt the part you would be interested in.

Ya I ran electricity throughout the boat put in a couple 12 volt recepticles so I can plug in various items if I need to. I also added lights and graphs. I didnt want these items to run constantly if I am not using them so I ran all the wiring into a fused control panel. Now I dont have to worry...
