Well, the project is just about done. Trolling motor installed, anchormate and front seat are in place. Also installed storage in the rear deck.

I'm debating on whether or not to replace my '04 Johnson 3.5hp 2-stroke with a new 6hp Mercury. I like the convenience of not mixing gas and I'm sure a little smoother operation. In my 14' I get around 5.5mph according to the gps. That's with me only and fishing gear, anchor, extra gas, etc...

The paint is finished on the outside. Took it got inspection this morning. In Ohio boats under 14' do not need a title. Well mine had a title because the previous owners thought that since the model is 14ST that the boat was actually 14', well it is 13'8". So hopefully I'll get my corrected...
