I was just thinking about replacing the transom wood today. I believe the trim is actually held on by some kind of fancy nail and not a rivet. I guess we'll find out sometime this week I'm focused on shaping these plastic pallets into floor boards.

I just found the same exact boat (star-craft/seafarer). Here is a picture of that missing shelf.

Looking for some idea's on my first boat. I do alot of catfishing and would really like a large live well and a flat floor. I don't see how those old timers did it.
