there's damage to the prop it needs changed it is bent (been needing change) just havent got around to doing it its not that bad of shape but enough i think it may cause problems . i got line in it this weekend and hope there is no signs of water getting in i just had the whole impeller and...

oh and thanks for clarifying things up johny25, ckr74 i think thats what im going to do. it sounds like it wasnt anything i did. it was garage kept all winter long and then i bring it out there and they let it sit in the elements for almost 3 weeks :x :x i know more likely its the issue...
