    Turning old nav light into led anchor light?

    I rescued the old Atwood nav lights on my tin with LED bulbs from West Marine. Then the base for the all around light broke, almost $40.00 there but $11.95 at Walmart......

    Marine glue

    I used the glue that Home Depot recommended and for 'insurance' ran a bead of construction adhesive about 1/2 in from the edges.

    The cost of OEM parts. I do not understand.

    Sears branded lawn mowers had a different crankshaft, Dad tried to source one from the regular parts chain and was directed to Sears at 3x the cost because of the one 'difference'.....I think it was part of the parts I scrapped when he passed. he was the small engine whisperer...

    Bunk carpet suggestions

    I bought a grey indoor/outdoor remnant 12' x 22' and still have half of it. I used the carpet adhesive the store recommended plus a bead of Permatex construction adhesive around the edges for 'insurance'.
