I had someone give me a 1996 Johnson 25 hp outboard motor, my question is the Throttle box were the cables go in and hook to the levers were can i find the pins that hold them in Thank you all so much.

Cranks but will not start?

You have the forward gear then the shift gear then the revirse gear when you put them all in you have the revirse gear were the gear has a slot in it and should line up with a pin that is in there. Thank you for taking the time for me.

I need help I took apart the gear housing to clean it, on inspection I found that the pin were the gear has to line up is either broke or slid down. Is there anyway to fix it. Thank you
