Well I have found some more time to work on the boat. Other then making some seat cushions I think I am pretty much done.
Finished the transom today. I used a automotive rubberized undercoating spray paint on the motor plates on the transom. It seems to be tough enough to do the trick but proof...
Transom rebuilt. Just have to get some sheet metel to be put on.
I was thinking of checker plate. Has any of you ever used it, and if so how does it work for ya?
I also polished up the brace for the stern but did not come out as good as I would have liked.
Seat supports cleaned and polished.
I used a product called Watkins Cream Cleanser. I don't believe they sell it anymore but you may be able to find a Watkins dealer online who may have some.
