I have seen a lot of projects that convert jon boats to bass boats but has anyone converted a bass boat to a boat with just a floor ( no raised decks)? I am considering doing this to my 16' tin boat.

I agree, never use your boat as a ground, always make all connections to the battery.

sounds like it is sucking air from somewhere. check all the lines and fittings for a good seal. does the primer bulb get hard after you pump it up?

I am putting the finishing touches on my project and am looking for the best fishfinder under 150.00. I just want to get something to get me by untill I can afford to get a finder/chartplotter. When I finally get the one I want I want this one to be good enough to put on the front of the boat.
