Hello All, New to the forum and jon boat modifications. I have a 12 ft sea king I am wanting to put a casting deck in. What is the minimum size of aluminum angle that should be used? Could I use 1/16 by 3/4 if I use a lot of upright supports? Thanks in advance

I was just wondering if a 2015 jeep cherokee with a 2.4 would have any issues pulling a 14ft jon boat. The boat doesn't have casting decks. It's a plain jon boat with wood floors 3 bench seats covered in plywood.
