Picked up a sweet deal on a 50 merc tiller on craigs list. Took me about 6 months of searching both ebay and craigs. Thing is you must be diligent as good deals dont last long you have to contact quickly. Good luck

Tiller is way more maneuverable than console, not to mention the x-tra room. Dont know why anyone would have a non electric trim motor these days. Just turned 59 in august with no problems steering or handling my boat. good luck!

Accidentally hooked up my outboard battery cables backwards the other day and now my motor doesn't charge while under way. Ya think I tripped a fuse or more likely toasted my rectifier. Any ideas on what might be destroyed on a 07 merc 2 stroke ?

Have you had a bad experience with oil injection CM? First motor I have owned that is injected. Can I just start mixing my oil & gas or do I have to remove my pump first?
