That SeaSense orange plastic bucket is handy. It’s got a screw-on lid, a rubber gasket to seal tight so it is waterproof. Good color and will float, be visible. The lip has one flat side so you can bail with it.

In Tennessee we can now order plastic reg cards the size of a credit card. They are firm and waterproof. I keep one in tackle box & ordered a second to keep in billfold. Put billfold and phone and cash in waterproofi box when launching.
It looks like your boat hangs off the back bunks several inches, so you could gain a little by moving everything forward on the trailer. Might make it more tongue heavy but not much.
