    Flooring question?

I cut my foam, between the ribs varies from 15.5 inches to 14. What is available is 1/2 or 3/8 inch plywood. I'm thinking about just going with the 3/8, as it will all be supported underneath. Then I'm gonna try that foam sealer along the sides of the floor, hopefully I can keep the mud out...

    Flooring question?

I'm sure I can find the answer here somewhere, but I'm kind of in a hurry, of course. I'm putting a floor in my jon, I've got the fiber board cut for in between the ribs, and was wondering how heavy of plywood I need. I'm thinking as long as it's supported completely underneath, 7/16 should be...

    Jon Boat Seat Clamp

I just cut a square piece of board as wide as my bench seat, fasten my seat and swivel to it, and put an old piece of carpet on the bottom. I got by without one for years, but hate to go without it now. I don't worry about finding the fish, but I sure like to know what things look like underneath me as far as depth, structure, etc.

Central Iowa, looks like I'm way west of most of you guys. Fish mostly smaller lakes and rivers close to home, especially now with the price of gas. I do manage to make a trip to Minnesota once or twice a year. Won't be doing much with my boat till winter, as it's time to be using it, not...

    15R75C Johnson Throttle Cam Follower

I would think parts would still be available somewhere, them are great old motors and there is a lot of them still running.

    New here

Been browsing for a couple days, and finally joined up. Looks like a lot of good info and tips on this site. I've got 2 tinboats, a 16' Lund with a Merc 25 and an old Monark 1648 jon with a 15 Johnson. Like them both, but love fishing the small lakes and rivers with my old jonboat. Plan on doing...
