Congrats, that should be fun!

Upgraded the fishing boat on Saturday. My 14' Mirrocraft was a good boat, but the bench seats and lack of a live well were less than ideal. I really went back and forth on whether to upgrade it with a floor, casting deck, and live well. Ultimately decided I have enough darned projects in my life...

Do you think the wood on the outside of the transom is factory? The HIN tag may be under the wood on the starboard side, so look on the inside and see if there are any rivets or impressions that indicate it might be there. Of course, that old of a boat may not have anything at all.

What brand is that? Can't make it out in the picture. I think it looks pretty good! I recently removed the Leer shell from my truck since I bought a 5th wheel. Love the camper but miss the shell from time to time.
