I have a 14' v and I used roughly 60'. Do not buy it from a big box store, look around and find a metal supply company its a 1/4 of the price and they will usually deliver for a few dollars more. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk

Like lctalurus said go with the 20hp over the 15, bigger carb and tuned better. If your looking at Tohatsu/Mercury look into Suzuki for 100$ bucks more you get same HP with lighter and faster outboard that is more quiet and fuel injected. A win win. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
